We have completed the Mapping of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) on behalf of UNICEF Lesotho. UNICEF was leading the CSO mapping exercise on behalf of the Ministry of Health and its partners. As Muthengo Development Solutions our role was to map existing CSOs countrywide to determine, among others, their capacities on immunisation components, including reaching the most vulnerable, areas of potential support, geographical locations, their structure, and ongoing programs being implemented by them that could be integrated with immunisation work.
Rounding up the project Final Evaluation of the “Toward a cholera Free Nation Project” (2019 – 2023). The purpose of this institutional contract is to conduct a summative evaluation, document project achievement in terms of outputs, outcome, impact, and lessons learnt. The evaluation will combine qualitative and quantitative methodologies aligned to the objectives, results and indicators outlined in the project logical framework. Eventually, mobilize the various stakeholders to act based on the evaluation report. The objectives of this contract are to:
A productive reflection on the month of March, as we were facilitating Bread for the World PME training programs in Bulawayo. Participants were able to develop the Monitoring and Evaluation matrix for the output level indicators. The matrix was further improved to work as a dashboard. Unfortunately, it is the coming to the end of the project, and they will only be able to use this for the next project phase. Participants were able to come up with methodologies for the coming end-line evaluation.
