My key roles at MDS is Data and survey management, survey design and implementation, data quality control, data collection tools development, proposal development, data collection supervision, project management, data analysis and report writing.
I have a University of Zimbabwe double degree in Statistics and Computer Science (2004- 2008), with vast experience in SPSS, STATA, near real time data collection tools (ODK, survey solutions, Kobo), QGIS, Nvivo and Microsoft office packages. I am a practicing Statistician and Data management expert with more than 11 years of experience in the field. My areas of expertise include Monitoring and evaluation with extensive knowledge in real-time and near real-time scenarios, data analysis, survey design, and implementation, database, and dashboards development, near real-time data collection tools development, report writing, and proposal development. To date, I have led and facilitated the implementation of over 30 statistical surveys, from design, data collection, entry, data cleaning and analysis of which over 20 of them where at a national level. I have successfully managed and implemented several research studies, including near real time monitoring and evaluation for UNICEF, World Bank, UNESCO, Crown Agents and other local NGOs.
