The purpose of this project was to evaluate the performance of the Swiss Cooperation Strategy Southern Africa 2013 - 2016, "RPSA" . The strategy was anchored on 2 pillars, Agriculture/ Food security and HIV/Aids prevention and care and support. This was done through analysis of documents, interviews with SDC staff from HQ, the regional office and a sample of countries covered by the regional strategy. Field trips were conducted in 3 countries Malawi, Swaziland, Zimbabwe and Gaborone the SADC HQ.
